Outside of checking out the Bulk Barn, I don't know who else in the city would carry such an item.. I'll do some further snooping around and get back to you if I find something.

for crying out loud go to the chinise store at the end of queen st, near st.mary's (by sobey's) and you will find a lot of things there, by the way their bakery is BAD do not even try to buy it, you never know how long it has been there and if you ask he/she will tell you it arrive that day, at the back is the are where you can find that sugar cain, good luck
