Breathing in oxygen from tanks

Anyone know if you can purchase a small sized oxygen container & mask and use it at home for personal use instead of constantly going to this new spas:

I know that hospitals commonly use them on patients like on me after major knee surgery,I felt so much better.Also Michael Jackson spends hours a day breathing oxygen to feel younger.
If you can buy them what are the oxygen tank sizes?,where do you get the mask?,where do you refill the oxygen?and how much?
